We had decided to get Landrie one of those 8 foot trampolines for her birthday since she LOVES to jump at our neighbors house. We thought the smaller would be a lot safer and a better choice for us and our backyard. WELL... that was all before we had a friend say we could have the big one in his backyard for free. lol It had been his bosses and when his boss moved it wouldn't fit in his new backyard so he gave it to our friend Tommy for his son; but their backyard has a really bad slope so it wouldn't work in their backyard so they gave it to us. It only took Cory a few hours to put it together and Landrie was immediately in heaven. It is in excellent condition and looks like it's barely been used. The safety net that came with it is a heavy duty net that would hold an adult person if they fell into it so it makes Cory and I feel a lot better about having one. So that is one of her birthday presents and she begs us daily to go out and jump on it with her.
* Landrie was helping Cory with the trampoline by giving him pieces and tools. So I asked her "Landrie, are you helping Daddy?" and she said very proudly, "Yes Mommy, I am a BIG boy!" LOL Guess she has been hearing too much of that on Caillou and around Ace.
Oh she was also calling grasshoppers helicopters, too funny how they get things mixed up like that. Just like she will say "Don't let the ants bite" at night instead of bed bugs. ;)

Yes she is flexible. lol She jumps up and lands like this! Man I need to get her in some dance lessons... and SOON!

That's great, i'm sure she will have lot's of fun with it!
How fun! I think dance and gymnastics are in order for her. She's looking so grown up.
